AUTO PARTS MANUFACTURING FACTORY

We are seeking men, women, and married couples aged 18 to 50 for positions in our auto parts manufacturing factory located in Bielsko-Biała. The salary starts from 20 PLN netto per hour. Employees will work Monday to Friday in three shifts of 8 hours: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00, or 12-hour shifts: 06:00-18:00, 18:00-06:00. Weekend work may be required based on product demand.

Accommodation is available at a cost of 450 PLN per month with good living conditions. Employment is under a work contract, and necessary documents include a Visa valid for at least 3 months or eligibility for visa-free employment. Responsibilities include installation of plastic/rubber wires, simple component assembly, product marking, packaging, and quality control. Specific tasks vary for men and women, with women typically performing simpler manual tasks and men handling furnace operations.

Upon employment, a PESEL must be obtained at a cost of 75 PLN. The employer provides work clothes and tools, which must be returned upon termination of employment. Failure to return these items will result in deductions from the employee's salary.
