Auto parts warehouse worker

We are seeking male candidates up to 50 years old for the position of Auto Parts Warehouse Worker in Kowale, with registration in Gdańsk. The role offers competitive pay rates:

• 22 zł/hour net with Pit-2 signed
• 21 zł/hour net without Pit-2 signed
• +2.50 zł/hour net night shift bonus
• +1 zł/hour net for those under 26 years old
• 28.10 zł/hour net for students under 26
• 30 zł/hour net for Saturday work
• +315 zł attendance bonus
• +700 zł performance bonus
• Average monthly salary of 4500–5500 zł

The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, with shifts as follows:

• First shift: 06:00–14:00
• Second shift: 14:00–22:00
• Third shift: 22:00–06:00
• Saturday shift: 08:00–14:00

Training will occur during the first two weeks in day shifts, transitioning to night shifts thereafter. Night shift workers have a fixed schedule and do not work on Saturdays. Candidates must have good manual skills, own work clothes, and shoes (initially required, but provided later by the employer). Smoking is prohibited on the premises. A minimum level of Polish language is required.

Perform warehouse tasks related to auto parts.

Maintain good manual skills.

Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Participate in training and shift rotations.
