Overview

We are seeking bakery production workers, including men, women, and married couples, up to 55 years old. The compensation structure is as follows:

  • 21.50 zł/hour without Pit-2 signed
  • 22.50 zł/hour with Pit-2 signed
  • 28.10 zł/hour for students under 26 years old
  • +400 zł bonus
  • +0.5 zł/hour bonus after 6 months of work
  • Average salary of 4000–5000 zł/month

The work schedule is floating, with shifts lasting 8–10 hours per day, including day and night shifts. Overtime is available, and a 15-minute break is provided. The average monthly working hours range from 170 to 230.

Housing is available at a cost of 500 zł/month, which will be deducted from your salary. Compensation of +1 zł/hour is offered for private accommodation. The housing is within walking distance from the workplace, but you must provide your own bedding and kitchenware.

Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. The facility operates at a temperature of +30 °C. Work clothes and shoes are provided for free; however, if you work less than 1 month, 150 zł will be deducted from your salary. A deduction of 260 zł will be made for the medical examination. Please note that false nails, eyelashes, and jewelry are prohibited during work, and candidates must be prepared for physical labor.
