Cable wiring assembly worker

We are seeking male candidates up to 55 years old for the position of Cable Wiring Assembly Worker in Drawsko Pomorskie, with registration in Szczecin. The salary structure is as follows:

• 28.10 zł/hour net for students (with student certificate)
• Bonuses provided
• Average monthly salary: 4500–5300 zł net
• With Pit-2 signed: 23 zł/hour net; 24 zł/hour net after one month; 23 zł/hour net if one day is missed without notice; 22.50 zł/hour net if more than two days are missed without notice
• Without Pit-2 signed: 22 zł/hour net; 23 zł/hour net after one month; 22 zł/hour net if one day is missed without notice; 21.50 zł/hour net if more than two days are missed without notice

Work schedule includes:

• Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday work)
• Sunday off
• First shift: 06:00–18:00
• Second shift: 10:00–22:00
• First two weeks or month: 8 hours/day
• Two 15-minute breaks provided
• Average of 240–300 hours/month

Accommodation details:

• Housing costs: 500 zł/month (deducted from salary)
• Compensation for personal housing rental: +1 zł/hour net
• Must have own bedding and dishes
• Housing is within walking distance from the workplace

Requirements include a communicative level of Polish language, good eyesight, and the ability to work under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Free work clothes and shoes (T-shirt) are provided, and a medical commission fee of 100 zł will be deducted from the salary.
