We are seeking warehouse workers for our clothing and stationery warehouse located in Pruszcz Gdański. The position is open to men up to 50 years old. The hourly wage is 23 zł net, increasing to 30 zł net for students with a valid student certificate, and an additional 1 zł net for those working at least 220 hours per month.
Work is scheduled Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The first shift runs from 06:00 to 18:00, and the second shift from 18:00 to 06:00. Employees receive two breaks of 10-20 minutes after every 4 hours of work. New employees will work only the first shift during their adaptation period.
Housing is available at a cost of 400 zł/month (deducted from salary) or 750 zł/month for students. Compensation for renting your own housing is an additional 1 zł/hour net. Employment contracts are under Umowa zlecenie, and positions are available for individuals with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
Responsibilities include unloading and loading parcels, assembling cardboard boxes, wrapping items in foil, and stacking boxes on pallets (maximum height 2 meters, weight up to 25 kilograms). Workers may also operate a scanner and electric cart. The warehouse environment is comfortable, with no external odors or noise, and work processes occur at room temperature. A break room with a microwave and refrigerator is provided, and each worker has a personal locker in the changing room.
Medical examination costs 150 zł, deducted from the first salary. Work clothing and footwear are provided free of charge for employees working at least 2 months; otherwise, 300 zł is deducted. An UDT certificate is provided at the employer's expense for those working at least 3 months; otherwise, 180 zł is deducted. Training is conducted in Ukrainian or Polish. Transportation to the workplace is not provided, but compensation for self-transport is available at 1 zł/hour.
