Delicacy production worker

The position is for men aged 20 to 50 years old, located in Ostrów Wielkopolski, with registration in Poznań. The hourly wage ranges from 22.70 to 23.50 zł net, depending on the number of hours worked:

• 23 zł/hour net for 160–180 hours/month
• 23.50 zł/hour net for over 180 hours/month

Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, with two shifts:

• First shift: 06:00–14:15
• Second shift: 14:15–22:30

Breaks include a 30-minute break for an 8-hour workday and two breaks of 15–30 minutes for a 12-hour workday. Accommodation is available at a cost of 600 zł/month, deducted from salary, and is within walking distance from the workplace. Employment is possible under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Work processes occur on the production line, with tasks performed both standing and sitting in a facility maintained at a temperature of +14 to +16 degrees. Free work clothes and shoes, as well as hot beverages, are provided. The facility includes a canteen, changing rooms, and a designated smoking area. Additional costs include a sanitary book (180 zł) and medical examination (150 zł), both deducted from the first salary. Transportation from Kalisz is available for 250 zł/month, also deducted from salary. Public transportation options are accessible to the workplace.
