Employee at TPV TV Manufacturing Plant in Gorzów

We are seeking men, women, and couples under 50 years old to work at our TPV TV Manufacturing Plant in Gorzów Wielkopolski (near Szczecin). The position offers a salary of 20 PLN per hour (net), with bonuses for perfect attendance (300 PLN) and excellent performance (250 PLN). Employees working a single night shift from 22:00 to 06:00 will receive an additional 500 PLN (gross). The employment contract includes paid vacation, sick leave, and additional payments of +50% for overtime, +20% for night shifts, and +100% for working on holidays. Monthly salaries range from 3000 to 3700 PLN.

The work schedule consists of two shifts: 6:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, with the possibility of 20 additional hours and occasional Saturday work.

Accommodation is provided free of charge by the employer, including houses, hostels, and rooms for 2-4 people, all equipped with amenities and internet access. Shared kitchen and laundry facilities are available. Couples can be accommodated together, but separate accommodations are not guaranteed. Transportation to the workplace costs 96 PLN per month.

Applicants must have a work visa (minimum 3 months) or biometrics, and good manual dexterity is required. Neatness, discipline, and attentiveness are essential, and similar work experience is welcomed. For contract extensions longer than 6 months, the employer will assist in obtaining an annual invitation or residence card valid for up to 3 years.
