EMPLOYEE OF TP REFLEX PRODUCTS

We are seeking men and married couples under the age of 45 for employment at TP Reflex Products in Żarów (near Wrocław). The position offers a gross salary of PLN 3,600, with an additional 20% supplement for night shifts and a bonus of PLN 120 for perfect attendance.

The work schedule consists of a 4/1 rotation in three shifts: 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, and 22:00 - 06:00. The role involves working on a production line or machine, assembling components for washing machines and dishwashers, and maintaining equipment.

Accommodation is available at PLN 600/month in shared apartments or houses, with separate rooms for couples. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and basic furnishings, while personal dishes and bed linens are required. A free service bus is provided to the workplace.

Employment is under a work contract, and candidates must have the necessary documents, including a visa if applicable. Previous experience in production is preferred, but not mandatory. The employer provides work clothing and offers assistance with document extensions and overtime opportunities.
