Foreman at a logistics warehouse

The Foreman position at our logistics warehouse is open to men and women aged 20 to 45 years. The workplace is located in Pass, near Błonie. The average net salary is 3680 zł/month, with additional pay for those under 26 years old (+0.80 zł/hour) and students (+3.60 zł/hour). Performance-based bonuses are also available.

The work schedule is Sunday to Friday, with a training period from 14:00 to 22:00, followed by shifts from 14:00 to 02:00. Housing is provided at a cost of 400 zł/month, deducted from salary, with accommodation in a hostel shared by 2 to 4 people. Please note that there is no compensation for personal housing rental.

Unpaid training lasting two days is required before starting work. A valid category B driving license and a communicative level of Polish are necessary. Experience as a warehouse picker and the ability to work well in a team are preferred. The employer compensates fuel expenses for those with their own car. Work clothes and shoes are provided, along with free medical support. The Polish sanitary book costs 250 zł, also deducted from the first salary. Salary is paid by the 25th of each month to a bank account, and advances are available once a month upon agreement.
