The position is open to men, women, and married couples up to 50 years old. The workplace is located in Elbląg, with registration in Gdańsk. The salary is 22 zł/hour with Pit-2 signed, 21 zł/hour without Pit-2, and 28.10 zł/hour for students with a student certificate. Additionally, there is a bonus of 200–700 zł/month for quality work, leading to an average monthly salary of 4500–5500 zł.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. The first shift runs from 06:00–14:00, the second from 14:00–22:00, and the third from 22:00–06:00. A paid 20-minute break is included, with an average of 160–220 hours worked per month.
Housing costs are 200 zł/month, deducted from the salary, with a compensation of 650 zł/month for personal housing rental if a full working month is completed. Employment is possible under visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Training as a CNC operator is available, and the work is not physically demanding. Work clothes and shoes are provided, but initial work clothes must be supplied by the employee. A medical commission fee of 150 zł will be deducted from the salary, and paid training lasting three days is required before starting the job. Public transportation is available to the workplace.
