General worker at a warehouse

We are seeking general workers for our warehouse. The position is open to men aged 22 to 50 years. Compensation includes:

• 23.50 zł/hour for individuals over 26 years old
• 29 zł/hour for students (with student certificate)
• +1 zł/hour for those using their own transportation
• +0.50 zł/hour for working over 220 hours/month
• Monthly bonuses ranging from 100 to 1000 zł based on work quality

Work schedule:

• 5–6 days a week
• Shifts from 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00
• Two breaks of 20–30 minutes each
• Post-season work continues 5 days a week, 8–10 hours/day

Accommodation:

• Housing costs 400 zł/month (deducted from salary)
• For students, housing costs 700 zł/month (deducted from salary)
• Compensation for renting own accommodation +1 zł/hour
• Proximity to Biedronka within walking distance

Additional details:

• Free transportation to the workplace from designated stops
• Paid training lasting 3–5 days is required
• Work clothing provided free of charge
• Good eyesight and teamwork skills are essential
• Certificate for driving a cart required (costing 150 zł, deducted after training)
• Sanitary booklet and medical examination fees deducted from salary
