Greenhouse seedling production worker

The Greenhouse Seedling Production Worker position is available for individuals up to 49 years of age. The role offers a salary of 20.30 zł/hour net, or 28.10 zł/hour net for students with a valid student certificate. Employees will work 5–6 days per week, with shifts lasting 12 hours each and a 30-minute break provided.

Housing is available at a cost of 300 zł per month, deducted from the salary, with accommodations for 3–4 people per room. A separate room is provided for couples. This position is under a contract of mandate (Umowa zlecenie) and is suitable for individuals eligible for employment under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.

Permanent work is offered, with no piecework basis and no heavy lifting required. Good vision is necessary (glasses are acceptable), and medium body size is preferred due to narrow pathways between plants. The work involves maintaining a bent-over position. A sanitary book will be provided by the employer, and free transport to the workplace is included. Employees are required to provide their own work clothes. A weekly advance of 350 zł is available, with salaries paid between the 15th and 20th of each month to a bank account.
