HUTCHINSON RUBBER SEALS MANUFACTURING PLANT

The Hutchinson Rubber Seals Manufacturing Plant is seeking men, women, and couples aged 25 to 50 years (candidates up to 55 years may be considered if in good physical condition). The workplace is located in Łódź, with a monthly salary of 3900.00 PLN (gross) and potential bonuses of up to 500.00 PLN (gross). Night shifts receive a 20% allowance, while overtime is compensated at 50% on workdays, 100% on Saturdays, and 200% on Sundays. A transport subsidy of 130.00 PLN (gross) is also provided.

Work schedules vary by department: the line servicing department operates on a rotating schedule of day and night shifts, while the extrusion department works Monday to Friday in three shifts. Employees have the opportunity to earn an additional 550.00 PLN (gross) for completing a full month of work.

Accommodation is provided in a hostel setting, with 3-5 people per room. The employer offers a housing allowance of 600.00 PLN (gross) for the first two months, allowing employees to live rent-free initially. After this period, a net deduction of 300.00 PLN will apply for the next four months. Workers must arrange their own transportation using public transport.

Employment begins with a probationary contract for three months, followed by a one-year contract. Candidates must have a valid visa or biometric passport and be available for at least 91 days.

• Line servicing department: 4 days first shift (05:45-13:45), 1 day off, 4 days second shift (13:45-21:45), 1 day off, 4 days night shift (21:45-05:45), 2 days off
• Extrusion department: Monday to Friday in three shifts (05:45-13:45, 13:45-21:45, 21:45-05:45)
• Workdays may include Saturdays and Sundays
