We are seeking warehouse workers for our internet store. Candidates should be men or women aged 23 to 50 years. The hourly wage is 22.70 zł, with a rate of 28.10 zł for students holding a valid student certificate. Additional compensation is available for those working 200 hours/month (+0.50 zł/hour) or 230 hours/month (+1 zł/hour).
Work is scheduled for 5–6 days a week, with shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00. During sales periods, 12-hour shifts may be required temporarily. A floating day off is provided.
Housing costs are 250 zł/month, or 350 zł/month for students. Compensation for renting your own accommodation is +2 zł/hour net, or +1 zł/hour net for students. Training lasting 3–5 days is required before starting work.
The warehouse maintains a comfortable working temperature and offers a canteen with refreshments available for purchase. Each employee has a personal locker in the changing room and work area. Jewelry is prohibited during work hours, and phone usage is not allowed.
Salary deductions include 150 zł for a medical examination, 260 zł for work clothing if employment is less than 3 months, and 180 zł for forklift certification if employment is less than 3 months. A transportation fee of 150 zł/month is deducted, but compensation for personal transportation to work is +1 zł/hour net. Advances can be requested after one week of work, and salaries are credited to bank accounts between the 20th and 25th of each month.
Transportation to the workplace is provided from designated stops.
