Leader

We are seeking leaders who are adaptable and possess strong teamwork skills. Candidates must be open to challenges and have experience in production work and managing a team. A communicative level of Polish is required. The position offers a salary of 23–27 zł/hour net, or 32–36 zł/hour net for students under 26 with a student certificate. Bonuses may be available, and payment details will be discussed during the interview.

Work is conducted in a four-shift system:

• First shift: 06:00–14:00
• Second shift: 14:00–22:00
• Third shift: 22:00–06:00

Overtime work is an option. Note that housing is not provided, but compensation for private rental is available at +1.50 zł/hour net. A sanitary book is required, with a cost of 170 zł deducted from the first salary, and it is valid for two years. Medical examinations are covered by the employer if employed for at least 6 months; otherwise, a fee of 150 zł will be deducted from the last salary. Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge if employed for at least 6 months; otherwise, a deduction of 350 zł will apply. Smoking is prohibited on company premises, and wearing jewelry, piercings, or visible makeup is not allowed. Transport to the workplace is not provided, and an interview is required before starting work.
