MANUFACTURE AND PRODUCTION OF ROLLER SHUTTERS FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS (DROMA-SYSTEMS OF DOORS AND SHUTTERS).

We are seeking individuals for the manufacture and production of roller shutters for windows and doors at Droma-Systems. The workplace is located in Gliwice. The position is primarily male (90%), with couples making up 10% of the workforce, depending on the location. Candidates must be under 50 years of age.

The compensation is 20-22 PLN/hour (net) plus a bonus of 200 PLN. Employees work 12-hour shifts, which may be scheduled in 1 or 2 shifts depending on the location, with the possibility of overtime.

Accommodation is provided in the form of an apartment, hostel, or private house, with utility costs of 400 PLN deducted from the salary. Employment is under a contract (Umowa zlecenia) and requires an annual visa based on an invitation from the voivode.

Responsibilities:

• Collection of aluminum elements
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Proper storage and protection of products
• Maintaining order in the workplace

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably with aluminum blinds or wood products.
• Knowledge of basic electrical tools (drill, screwdriver, grinding machine) is advantageous.
• Minimum basic vocational education.
• Manual skills and precision.
• Ability to work in a team.

• Mon-Fri, 12 hours
• 12-hour shifts, in 1 or 2 shifts (depending on the location). Overtime work is possible.
