Metal fiber production worker for brake systems

We are seeking male candidates up to 50 years old for the position of Metal Fiber Production Worker for Brake Systems in Piątek, with registration in Łódź. The salary structure is as follows:

• 22.50 zł/hour net for the first month of work
• 23.50 zł/hour net after the first month
• 27.50–34 zł/hour net for machine operators
• 28.10–30 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate)
• +1 zł/hour net for 100% attendance

Work schedule is Monday to Friday with two shifts:

• First shift: 06:00–18:00
• Second shift: 18:00–06:00

Housing costs are 300 zł/month (deducted from salary) with 90% attendance, and 800 zł/month in case of low attendance. Compensation for personal housing rental is +2 zł/hour with 90% attendance. Employment is possible under visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Requirements include a communicative level of Polish language.

The facility offers a comfortable working temperature, permissible noise levels (earplugs provided), and dust from machine operations. Amenities include a canteen, changing rooms, showers, and a designated smoking area. A medical examination fee of 80 zł will be deducted from the salary. Free work clothes (pants, T-shirt, comfortable shoes) are provided after 3 months of work; otherwise, 250 zł will be deducted from the salary. Free transportation to the workplace is available from Piątek and Kutno.
