Painter

We are seeking painters, men and women up to 50 years old, to work in Gdańsk. The position offers a salary of 24–30 zł/hour net, depending on qualifications, and 28.10 zł/hour net for students with a student certificate. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with two shifts: the first shift from 06:00 to 14:00 and the second shift from 14:00 to 22:00. Overtime is available, and employees receive a 15-minute break for 8-hour workdays, along with additional breaks for overtime work. On average, employees work 180–220 hours per month.

Accommodation is provided at a cost of 500 zł/month, which is deducted from the salary. Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Candidates must have their own work clothing made of durable fabric (T-shirt, pants). A deduction of 200 zł will be made from the salary for steel toe cap shoes, and 180 zł for a medical examination. The workplace temperature ranges from +15 to +18 degrees Celsius. Please note that if an employee appears intoxicated during the first week, no salary will be paid for hours worked. A test must be completed before starting work to determine the salary rate.
