Parcel packaging worker

We are seeking parcel packaging workers, men and women up to 45 years old, to join our team in Radzymin. The position offers a competitive salary starting at 23 zł/hour net, with additional rates for specific groups: 0.80 zł/hour net for those under 26 years old and 28.10 zł/hour net for students with a valid student certificate. Average monthly earnings range from 4000–5500 zł, with a 300 zł bonus for consistent attendance and diligent performance.

Work hours are Monday to Saturday, with two shifts available: First shift: 00:00–07:00 and Second shift: 15:00–22:00. Employment is possible under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. The contract type is Umowa zlecenie.

Benefits include provided work clothes and shoes, medical support during employment, and the possibility of arranging monthly advances (typically on the 10th, after a minimum of 5 shifts). Salary is paid by the 25th of each month to a bank account, and in case of termination, all financial settlements are made during the monthly payroll period for the previous calendar month.
