Poultry production worker

We are seeking men and women up to 55 years old for various positions in poultry production at our facility in Solec Kujawski. The roles available include packaging, filleting, hanging, evisceration, and warehouse work, with hourly rates ranging from 20.60 zł to 24.30 zł net. Additional bonuses are available based on hours worked, with an average monthly salary between 4500 and 7000 zł.

Employees can expect a floating work schedule with shifts starting at 06:00, 08:00, and 11:00, and shifts lasting 12-14 hours per day. In the slaughtering and evisceration departments, shifts may last 6-8 hours starting at 03:00 or 04:00, followed by a break.

Housing is available at a cost of 350 zł/month, deducted from salary, with additional compensation for personal housing rental. Free meals, work clothes, and transportation to the workplace are provided. Please note that personal bedding and dishes are required.
