Production and packaging worker for semi-finished products

We are seeking production and packaging workers for semi-finished products. The position is open to men and women up to 55 years old. The pay rate is 23 zł/hour net, with an increased rate of 29.48 zł/hour net for students under 26 (with a student certificate). An additional 0.50 zł/hour net is provided for night shifts and for working over 190 hours per month.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on company needs. Shifts are as follows:

• First shift: 06:00–14:00
• Second shift: 14:00–22:00
• Occasional night shifts

Workdays may extend to 10–12 hours/day, and there is an option to take overtime hours. A 30-minute break is provided. Employment is possible under visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.

Work processes are conducted on a spacious, bright production line free of unpleasant odors. The facility includes a fully equipped dining area with unlimited access to tea, coffee, hot soup, and house-made products. Vending machines with food and drinks are also available. Separate changing rooms for men and women and a designated smoking area are provided. The temperature in the facility ranges from +3 to +12 degrees, depending on the department.

The employer provides work attire (caps, gowns, gloves, shoes), but comfortable and warm personal clothing is required under the uniform. Parking is available on site. Please note that 200 zł will be deducted from the first salary for a sanitary book and 150 zł for a medical examination.
