PRODUCTION OF GLASS PACKAGES

We are seeking men up to 43 years old for production work in Wędkowy, located 47 km from Gdańsk. The hourly salary is PLN 20 net per hour, increasing to PLN 21.50 net per hour for night shifts. After one month of employment, the rate will increase by PLN 1.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with two shifts available: from 06:00 to 14:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00, totaling 8 hours per day. There is potential for up to 200 hours of work after the first month.

Accommodation costs include PLN 200.00 per month for communal services, and PLN 300 per person for separate housing. Work is conducted under an Umowa zlecenia contract, and necessary documents include the possibility of working under a visa-free regime or with a D 05 visa (3 months).

Responsibilities include preparing and collecting materials for production, entering machine parameters, controlling machine operations, inspecting finished materials, placing materials in machines, adjusting manufacturing parameters, and maintaining a clean workplace.

Additional benefits include work clothes provided by the employer and free transportation to work via company bus, with a travel time of 20-30 minutes.
