Overview

We are seeking a seamstress for our automotive factory located in Żary. This position is open to women up to 55 years old. The hourly wage is 25.50 zł net, or 28.50 zł net for students with a valid student certificate. An additional 150 zł is provided for meals at the workplace.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays, consisting of 8 hours per day. The first shift runs from 06:00 to 14:00, and the second shift from 14:00 to 22:00. There are no night shifts, and employees receive a 30-minute break along with an additional 10-minute short break. Overtime is available.

Housing is available at a cost of 500 zł per month, which will be deducted from the salary. Compensation for private housing is an additional 2 zł per hour. Comfortable living conditions are provided, including hot and cold water, kitchen facilities, washing machines, and a relaxation area.

This position is offered under a Umowa zlecenie contract. Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Candidates must have mandatory experience in a similar field. Work clothing is provided by the employer at no cost, and transportation to the workplace is available via public transport. The job involves handling heavy fabrics. A weekly advance payment option is available, with the first advance of 200 zł provided after 5 days of work. Salary is paid on the 25th of the following month to a bank account.
