Semi-finished products production worker

We are seeking semi-finished products production workers, men and women up to 55 years old. The position offers a competitive pay rate of 22 zł/hour net for deboning and transport processes, and 28.10 zł/hour net for students under 26 (with student certificate). An additional 1 zł/hour net is available for meeting production standards (15 kg/hour in the disassembly process).

Work is scheduled from Monday to Saturday with three shifts: First shift from 06:00–14:00, Second shift from 14:00–22:00, and Third shift from 16:00–00:00. Overtime work is available if standards are met, and paid breaks are provided.

Accommodation is available at a cost of 350 zł/month (deducted from salary) or 700 zł/month for students. Compensation for private rental is an additional 2 zł/hour net. The accommodation is within walking distance of the facility.

Additional benefits include a 50% discount on products, high cleanliness standards, a dining area on-site, and a free hot meal provided daily. Clean work clothes are provided daily, and if employed for at least two months, work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge. Each worker is assigned a personal locker.

Note that costs for a sanitary book (200 zł) and medical examination (80 zł) will be deducted from the first salary. Employment is possible under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.
