Snack production worker

We are seeking snack production workers in Słupsk. The position is open to men and women up to 45 years old. The salary ranges from 21.30 zł/hour net with Pit-2 signed to 28.10 zł/hour net for students with a student certificate. Additional pay rates apply based on hours worked and attendance. The average monthly salary is between 4500–5500 zł.

Work schedule includes Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. The first shift runs from 06:00–18:00, the second from 14:00–00:00, and night shifts from 18:00–06:00. On average, employees work 230–250 hours per month.

Housing costs are 500 zł/month within the city or 300 zł/month outside the city, deducted from salary. Employees must provide their own bedding and dishes. Transportation to the workplace costs 130 zł, with 50% covered by the employer. Free work clothes and shoes are provided after three months of employment. A medical commission fee of 200 zł is deducted from salary. Jewelry and artificial nails are prohibited at the facility. No prior work experience is required.
