SORTING OF SEEDLINGS

We are seeking men, women, and married couples up to 58 years of age for the sorting of seedlings. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, with one shift from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of working longer hours (10-12 hours a day). The role involves sorting cuttings by size, planting cuttings in pots, stacking flower pots on carts, and moving carts to the warehouse.

Accommodation is provided for approximately 3-5 people per room, with a communal service fee of PLN 350.00 per month and a transfer fee of PLN 50.00 per month. A medical commission is required at a cost of 60 zlotys from the salary. The workplace includes a canteen, separate bathrooms, and changing rooms for men and women. The temperature in the work area ranges from 15 to 22 degrees Celsius, with breaks available during the shift.

No prior work experience is necessary, and training will be provided. Good physical condition, manual skills, and the ability to work in a team are essential. Knowledge of the Polish language is not required.
