Waiter

We are seeking waiters for our location in Kołobrzeg. Candidates must be men, women, or married couples up to 35 years old. The position offers a salary of 24 zł/hour for those over 26 years old and 25 zł/hour for those under 26 years old. The work schedule consists of 5–6 days per week, with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours per day. The first shift runs from 08:00 to 12:00, followed by a break from 12:00 to 16:00, and work resumes from 16:00 to 20:00, averaging 200–250 hours per month.

Housing is available at a cost of 500 zł/month, deducted from the salary, or 600 zł/month for married couples. Compensation for private housing is 300 zł/month. Rooms accommodate 3–4 people. Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Transportation to the workplace is provided via public transport, and work clothing is supplied free of charge. Previous experience as a waiter is advantageous. A deduction of 150 zł will be made from the first salary for a sanitary book, and 100 zł/month for insurance. An advance payment of 400 zł is available after 10 days of work, with salary paid on the 20th of the month to a bank account. Communicative knowledge of Polish (B1–B2 level) is mandatory.
