WELDER

We are seeking welders, preferably men up to 48 years old. The initial pay is 19 PLN/net for the first month, increasing to 20 PLN/net thereafter, with potential performance-based raises up to 23 PLN. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, with shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours per day, totaling 220-240 hours monthly. Employment is under a contract (Umowa zlecenie) and requires a Polish work visa for a minimum of 4 months.
