Worker at a car factory

We are seeking male workers up to 50 years old for a car factory position. The salary is 24 zł/hour net under the new Polish Ład law, and 30.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old with a valid student certificate.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. During training, you can choose between an 8-hour or 12-hour working day:

• 8-hour workday:
• First shift: 05:50–13:50
• Second shift: 13:50–21:50
• Third shift: 21:50–05:50
• 12-hour workday:
• First shift: 05:50–17:50
• Second shift: 17:50–05:50

Housing costs are 18 zł/day (deducted from salary), with an additional payment of +1 zł/hour for own rented accommodation. A separate room is provided for married couples, with 2–3 people per room. Personal bedding is required (blankets and pillows are provided).

Work clothing is provided free of charge, except for a t-shirt, which costs 20 zł. The premises are clean, maintain a comfortable temperature, and there is a canteen available. Commute to the workplace can be done by public transport or on foot.
