Worker at a salmon production plant

We are seeking female workers up to 55 years old for a salmon production plant located in Gdynia. The hourly wage is as follows:

• 23 zł/hour for individuals over 26 years old
• 23.50 zł/hour for individuals up to 26 years old
• 28.10 zł/hour for students with a valid student certificate

Work schedule is Monday to Saturday with two shifts:

• First shift: 06:00–16:00 or 18:00
• Second shift: 16:00 or 18:00–06:00

A paid 25-minute break is included. Housing is available at a cost of 500 zł/month, deducted from salary, with 3–4 people per room. Note that compensation for personal accommodation is not provided. Employment is possible under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Work processes occur on the production line, and transportation to the workplace is via public transport. The company provides a canteen, changing rooms, work clothing, and footwear. The workplace temperature is maintained at up to +15 degrees Celsius. Please be aware that the use of mobile phones during work is prohibited. Deductions from the first salary include 150 zł for a medical examination and 180 zł for a sanitary book.
