Worker at an automotive company

We are seeking male candidates up to 45 years old for positions at our automotive company located in Wyszków. The pay structure is as follows:

• 22.90 zł/hour for the first month
• 23.40 zł/hour for the second month
• 28.10 zł/hour for students (with a student certificate)
• Additional bonuses for meeting performance standards
• 150 zł bonus for no absences

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts from:

• 06:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 22:00–06:00

After training, there may be opportunities to work 12 hours/day in individual cases.

Housing is available at a cost of 450 zł/month, with compensation for renting your own accommodation at +1.50 zł/hour. Accommodation is shared, with up to 4 people per room, and is provided in houses or apartments.

Employment is possible under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. The employer covers taxes and medical insurance. A medical examination and safety training cost 200 zł, which will be deducted from the salary.

Requirements include a communicative level of Polish and a minimum height of 175 cm.
