Worker at final stages of sausage production

We are seeking men and women up to 55 years old for the final stages of sausage production in Mosina, with registration in Poznań. The position offers a pay rate of 22 zł/hour, increasing to 29 zł/hour for students with a valid student certificate, plus an additional 1 zł/hour for working 220 hours per month.

The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off, although Sundays may be required during peak season. Shifts range from 8 to 10 hours per day, with the first shift starting between 05:00 and 16:00 and the second shift starting between 14:00 and 16:00. Employees receive two paid 15-minute breaks during their shifts.

Housing and transportation costs are 500 zł/month (deducted from salary), while students incur a housing cost of 750 zł/month. A separate room is available for married couples. Employment is possible under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Work clothing is provided, and the company maintains high standards of sterility and cleanliness, with workplace temperatures between +5 to +13 degrees Celsius. Free lunch, coffee, tea, and drinks are available in unlimited quantities. Please note that 250 zł will be deducted from the first salary for the sanitary book and 150 zł for the medical examination.
