Worker at metal components production for cars

We are seeking male workers up to 55 years old for metal components production for cars in Tychy. The hourly wage is as follows:

• 22 zł/hour for individuals over 26 years old
• 23 zł/hour for individuals up to 26 years old
• 28.10 zł/hour for students with a valid student certificate

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Shifts are available from:

• 06:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 22:00–06:00

After training, there may be opportunities to work 12 hours a day in individual cases. Employment is possible under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. The employer covers taxes and medical insurance. A medical examination and safety training cost 200 zł, which will be deducted from the salary. Minimal knowledge of the Polish language is required.

• Housing costs 450 zł/month.Compensation for renting your own accommodation: +1.50 zł/hour.Up to 4 people per room.Standard accommodation provided in houses or apartments.Separate rooms provided for married couples.

Perform production tasks for metal components.

Adhere to safety protocols and training.

Complete assigned shifts as scheduled.

Participate in training and development programs.
