Worker for fish packaging

We are seeking workers for fish packaging in Gdynia. This position is open to men, women, and married couples up to 50 years old. The hourly wage is 24 zł net, with an additional 1 zł net for those under 26 years old. There are no additional bonuses.

Work schedule is Monday to Saturday with two shifts: First shift from 06:00–14:00 and Second shift from 14:00–22:00. Breaks are provided: two for 12-hour shifts and one for 8-hour shifts. Overtime is available.

Housing is available at a cost of 475 zł/month (deducted from salary), with compensation for private housing at +1 zł/hour. A separate room is provided for married couples, and housing is within walking distance (25 minutes on foot).

This position is available under Umowa zlecenie, and employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. The maximum lifting weight is 15 kg. Transportation to the workplace is via public transport, and one free hot meal is provided daily. A sanitary book is required at a cost of 200 zł (100 zł paid upfront, the rest deducted from salary), and work clothing is provided free of charge. The workplace temperature is maintained at +10 °C.
