Worker for vegetable and fruit packaging

We are seeking women up to 50 years old for vegetable and fruit packaging in Legnica. The position offers a net hourly wage of 22.50 zł, or 21 zł if annual income exceeds 30,000 zł. Students can earn 28.10 zł per hour with a valid student certificate.

The work schedule consists of four working days followed by two days off, with shifts from 07:00 to 17:00 and 17:00 to 02:00 (ending earlier depending on workload). Employees receive two 20-minute breaks (one paid, one unpaid) and have the opportunity for overtime, averaging 168 hours per month.

Housing is available at a cost of 300 zł/month, deducted from salary, with compensation for private housing also at 300 zł/month. Accommodation is located in Legnica, with 3–4 people per room and separate rooms for couples.

Employment is possible with a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Work processes are conducted standing, and there is no fixed work schedule. Work clothing is provided free of charge after one month of employment; otherwise, a fee of 100 zł is deducted. Medical examinations are covered by the employer after one month of work, or a fee of 200 zł is deducted.

Employees can organize group taxi orders for shifts ending at 02:00, with costs reimbursed by the employer. Transportation to the workplace costs 120 zł/month. A minimum height of 180 cm is required, and physical activity is necessary. Experience with standard carts is required, but no prior work experience or knowledge of Polish is necessary.
