Worker in automotive parts production

We are seeking workers for automotive parts production. Candidates should be men and women up to 58 years old. The position offers a gross average salary of 4300 zł/month, with additional benefits including a 200 zł attendance bonus, a 250 zł food allowance, 200 zł for working three Saturdays per month, and 100 zł for working on Sundays.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts from 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00. Housing costs are 300 zł/month, and there is compensation of 400 zł for renting your own accommodation. Employment can be offered under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card.

Experience in a similar position is welcomed. Candidates must perform tasks diligently and possess a high level of hand dexterity, as well as interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking abilities. Transportation to the workplace is not provided, but work clothing is supplied. A communicative level of Polish language is required.
