Worker in plastic mold manufacturing

We are seeking workers for plastic mold manufacturing in Sosnowiec, Poland. Candidates must be men, women, or couples up to 50 years old. The position offers a salary of 21.80–22.90 PLN/hour net, with a higher rate of 28.10 PLN/hour net for students under 26 years old. The work schedule consists of 6 days a week, 12 hours per day in 2 shifts.

Accommodation is available at a cost of 450 PLN per month, with an additional charge of 1.50 PLN for those seeking their own housing. Employment can be arranged under a visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Quality control of finished parts by monitoring automated machines and setting aside defective items.
• Manual assembly of components that cannot be assembled by machines.
• Sorting finished products into appropriate categories.
• Packaging sorted components into factory packaging and securing pallets with stretch film.

Additional information: Start work immediately after training completion. The employer covers taxes and provides medical insurance. A medical examination and safety training cost 200 PLN, which will be deducted from the salary.
