Worker on the production line

The position is open to men, women, and family couples up to 50 years old. The average gross salary is 4242 zł/month, with additional pay for overtime: +50% on weekdays, +100% on weekends, and +20% for night shifts. Bonuses include 50 zł gross for Saturday work, 75 zł gross for Sunday work, and 300 zł gross for attendance. The job operates on a four-shift system with shifts from 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00.

Housing costs are 450 zł/month (deducted from salary), and housing for a child costs 300 zł/month (also deducted). Employees must provide their own bed linens and a refundable deposit of 200 zł is required at move-in. Employment is offered under a work contract (Umowa o pracę) with options for visa-free regime, visa, or residence card. Additional benefits include free work clothing and footwear, free transportation to the workplace, an advance after 10 days of work, and 2 days of paid leave after each month of work. A test must be passed before starting work.
