WORKERS FOR AUTOMOBILE FACTORY

We are seeking men, women, and couples up to 45 years old for positions in an automobile factory. The hourly rate starts at 110.00 CZK, with the potential to increase to 130.00 CZK based on performance. Employees will work 8-hour shifts across 3 shifts, with a minimum of 200 working hours per month and opportunities for additional hours. Work can commence within 2-4 days.

Accommodation is provided by the employer in shared rooms for up to 3 people, with separate arrangements for couples. A Czech 3-month visa is required.

Responsibilities include working on the conveyor line for the production of automotive headlights, packaging components, and conducting quality control. Transportation between accommodation and the workplace is covered by the employer, along with work clothing, social and medical insurance, and free COVID-19 tests upon arrival. There are no penalties imposed at the factory, and all production processes are automated.
